In all of our manufacturing processes we are dedicated to the principles of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing to achieve operational excellence and to reduce/eliminate process variations and to eliminate waste.

We embrace world-class operational metrics throught out our assembly processes, and we utilize:

• PPM (parts per million) standards to measure, and control, process variations
• Setups and changeovers that meet world-class standards
• The highest level of quality in first pass yields (FPY)
• Data collection and customer sharing
• Quality auditors for product and process validations.

Corrective Action

When a circuit board assembly issue arises, we move immediately to proactively address immediate containment of the issue and to implement permanent corrective action. Furthermore, to continually ensure customer satisfaction, we consistently review our quality systems for continuous improvement of our services.

Millennia Technology has also made significant investments in capital equipment to build quality directly into our circuit board assembly processes. Recently installed, our laser-vision, solder-paste height measurement system, for SMT screen printing, helps insure the highest level of reflow solder integrity.
