Michael D'Ambrosio | Biography
Experience: Over 40 years experience in electronics industry serving in positions from electronics technician to CEO and includes over 30 years as Founder of The Millennia Group organization.
Prior to forming The Millennia Group, Mike served as an electronics technician for Westinghouse for 5 years and 9 years with Power Control Corp as Operations Manager where he overseen a workforce expansion to 75 employees. In addition to managing the PCC’s product line of power distribution products, Mike was the driving force in developing of PCC’s expertise in printed circuit board manufacturing and electronic assembly divisions.
As Director of Operations, Photronics, Mike was responsible for manufacturing circuit boards for its parent company, Contraves Goerz Corp and sold its excess capacity to OEM's in the local marketplace. Under Mike’s leadership, Photronics grew from 15 to 60 employees during his 4 year tenure and was the first in the
He successfully applied for and received a loan from the Small Business Association to partially fund his new venture….Triangle Circuits of Pittsburgh, Inc. The balance of the funding came from family members to and re-mortgaging of his personal residence. Triangle Circuits of Pittsburgh, Inc began operations in 1979 as a three person organization specializing in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. By 1983, Triangle Circuit grew substantially to acquire the employees and assets of his former company, Contraves-Goerz. With over 30 years experience, and a strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma, Ron has held senior/executive management roles with small, medium, and large companies, all within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Ron is an operations expert, who joined Millennia Technology in January 2007 is President and COO.
Ron came to MTI from Celestica Corporation, a $10 billion, global, tier-one, EMS provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada, where he was most recently the Merger & Acquisition Leader for Celestica’s Americas Region during all of 2006. Prior to this, Ron was the General Manager of Celestica’s Mexico Region from 2003 to 2005, where his

John F. Powell, II | Biography
Experience: Has more than 20 years experience in the industrial control systems market. Has served in both technical and management roles including Applications Engineering, Product Design and Development, Software Engineering, R&D, Product Manager and Business Unit Manager with employers including International Cybernetics which was acquired by Gould and then AEG/Modicon (1984 – 1990) and Oberg Industries (1990 – 2003)

Tip has over 30 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing services industry where he has held senior/executive positions in sales/marketing and operations. He comes to MTI as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing from the Harry Krantz Company in Edgewood, NY where he was VP Business Development for the past nine years as the company more than doubled their revenue.
Prior to Harry Krantz Company, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Family Safety Products in Alabaster, AL, a manufacturer of carbon monoxide detectors, for three years where he grew the company’s revenue by 30% annually, while doubling their product offerings. He came to Family Safety Products from ITEC, a Huntsville, AL electronic product manufacturer, where he was Vice President of Marketing, responsible for developing their entry into contract electronic manufacturing. From scratch, he grew their revenue to $16 million within three years.
Tip has held other senior positions within the electronic manufacturing industry with several other companies, namely VP of Business Development of Momentum Manufacturing in Herkimer, NY. He was Director of Marketing of PBR Electronics, a regional contract manufacturer in Athens, AL, which served both military and commercial markets. For three years, he was a senior marketing representative for Avco (AVEX) Electronics in Huntsville, AL which was later acquired by Benchmark Electronics. He started his career as an electronic component representative, and served as an independent rep for ten years.
